Yep, these can be very hard to find in Gem State. Hardly anybody thought to put away uncirculated rolls like they did with US coins. I've had to scrounge around for months for submissions, and very few already graded to buy.
Remember that coins in a lower grade that have fewer graded? are harder to get! Eh?
At the time thes circulated, Exchange Rate was $12.50 pesos to the Dollar. Hence 25 of these at 14 grams ea. - i/e $1.00 US = 350 Grams of $.50 centavo coins. Intrinsic Value.
