关于此套币: People ask me how did I get started collecting Fiji coins. The first Fiji coin that I ever saw was given to me as a birthday gift many years ago. This coin was a 1934 Fiji one penny (1 D) in very good condition. I thought the coin was kind of different as it had a hole in the center and made of very hard material. I looked upon this coin as a GOOD LUCK piece and carried it in my pocket for many years. I started doing some research on Fiji money & Fiji history. I then decided to send in this coin to P.C.G.S. to get it graded & encapsulated. When I got it back I could not believe it, the grade was MS 62. I then became very interested in Fiji coins started collecting everything I could in Fiji money, pennies, half pennies, even a paper penny. When I started putting sets together the Fiji coins were the first of many sets. Thank you for giving me this chance to share with you and let you know how all of this started. Please enjoy my coins.
