The Eliasberg Barber quarter set was truly superb. Many of the coins were purchased directly from the mints by JM Clapp and his son, John, in the year of issue. Virtually every coin in the set is a Gem and the highlights include the MS66 1893-O that looks like a branch mint proof, a similar 1894-S in MS66, 1895-O in MS66, 1985-S in MS66, 1896-O in MS66, 1896-S in prooflike MS65, a spectacular 1897-O in MS67, 1898-O in MS66, 1899-O in MS66, a phenomenal 1900-O in MS67, the key 1901-S in spectacular MS67, 1904-O in MS66, and 1913-S in MS67. What a set!
