Mike's State Quarters Set - P&D Circulation Strikes

My goal is to have:
1.) all state quarters in flag holders [FH] and
2.) all state quarters dated prior to 2006** to have Series:39 Coin:### noted on the PCGS label.
(**PCGS stopped having Series:# Coin:# noted on PCGS labels in November 2005.)
100% completion on 1-12-21 - set rating 66.709 - rank 35.
