1999-S Pennsylvania (PA) PR69DCAM - CCC : The first of too many mediocre designs that feel the need to incorporate the state outline. Additionally, this coin features the Commonwealth statue and a keystone. It looks thrown together, it's cluttered and the cameo contrast is lost on the miniscule statue.

This tree served as the reputed hiding place of the charter granted by King Charles II to the Connecticut Colony when a newly appointed governor Sir Edmund Andros sought to claim the document and invalidate its concessions.

This coin serves as a great example of how less can be more in implementing powerfully effective low relief images on small silver coins.
