1. ELIGIBILITY: The PCGS Chinese Set Registry Race to 1,888 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the People’s Republic of China and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Collectors Universe, Inc. and related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

参赛资格：PCGS中国套币注册“冲击1888”抽奖活动 (以下简称“抽奖活动”)仅对年满18周岁的中华人民共和国合法公民开放。Collectors Universe,Inc.员工、其相关联公司员工以及员工家属（配偶、父母、兄弟姐妹和子女）和每位员工的家庭成员均无参加资格。该抽奖活动以所有联邦、州和地方法律法规为依归，并在法律禁止的地方无效。

2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Collector’s Universe, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sponsor”)

奖品提供：抽奖活动由Collector’s Universe, Inc.主办，注册于特拉华州（以下简称“主办方”）

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules in a timely manner.

活动规则协议：抽奖活动参加者须完全和无条件地接受主办方提出的具有决定性和约束力的活动规则。奖品的获得依据遵守活动规则内完成的及时性。

4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on November 16, 2015 at 12:00:01 p.m. Beijing Time (“BT”) and ends on December 31, 2016, at 11:59:59 BT or when the PCGS Chinese Set Registry reaches 1,888 registered sets, whichever occurs first. Entries received outside of the Entry Period will be disqualified.

活动时间：抽奖活动于2015年11月16日下午12：00：01（北京时间）开始，2016年12月31日上午11:59:59（北京时间）或者当PCGS中国套币注册数量达到1888套币时结束（两种情况任一情况达到均可）。此时间段以外注册的套币均不在计入抽奖范围。

5. ENTRY: You can enter in two ways: (i) register and publish a PCGS-certified coin set on the PCGS Chinese Set Registry^SM, in compliance with the PCGS Chinese Set Registry^SM Rules, available online at https://www.pcgs.com.cn/SetRegistry/rules; and (ii) send your name, address, email address and phone number on a 3”x5” index card to PCGS Chinese Set Registry Race to 1,888 Sweepstakes, P.O. BOX 020-035 Huangpu District, Shanghai 200020 during the Entry Period. There is no cost to register. Only complete entries will be accepted or entered into the Sweepstakes. Once submitted, entry cannot be modified, deleted or returned. Non-conforming entries are void and will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services or “bots”) will void all entries by that entrant.

抽奖资格：您可以通过两种方式获得抽奖资格 ：(i)您可以在PCGS 中国套币注册中注册并公布一枚PCGS鉴定的钱币，具体的规则您可浏览http2://www.pcgs.com.cn/setregistry/rules; (ii)在活动期间将您的姓名、住址、邮箱地址和电话号码写在 3 x 5英寸 的卡片上邮寄至PCGS中国套币注册“冲击1888”抽奖组，邮寄地址为中国上海市黄浦区020-035邮政信箱。邮政编码：200020。申请抽奖名额无需付费。只有百分百完成的申请会被接受或加入抽奖名额。一旦提交，申请名额将不能被修改、删除或者撤回。不合格的申请将视为无效或者被取消资格。所有申请卡片将作为主办方财产并不会公布于众以及返还给投递者。任何机械的、重复的、自动的、程序化的、或者相似的申请方式（包括但不仅限于本抽奖服务或项目）将使该参赛竞争者的所有的申请作废无效。

6. WINNER SELECTION/ODDS: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the day that the PCGS Chinese Set Registry reach the following Registered Set milestones: 1,288, 1,588 and 1,888 total Registered Sets, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days after the first attempt to make contact, potential winner will be deemed to be ineligible and disqualified. In such event, Sponsor will draw an alternate, potential winner at random from all remaining entries received.

抽奖机制：当PCGS 中国套币注册达到1288, 1588 和 1888套套币注册数量时会于当天之后几天内在所有合格的申请名单里随即抽取获奖者。获奖几率取决于个人拥有的合格申请名单数量。我们会以电话、邮件或邮寄的方式通知获奖者。如果我司无法在第一次联系获奖者的10天内取得联系，该获奖会被视为无效并取消获奖者资格。若此情况出现，主办方将在剩余的申请名额里随机抽取新的获奖者。

7. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER: Except where prohibited, the potential winner once contacted will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”), within ten (10) days of being notified. If potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, potential winner will be deemed to be ineligible and disqualified. In such event, Sponsor will select an alternate, potential winner at random from all remaining entries once received.

获奖者职责：法律允许范围内，一旦取得联系获奖者须在接到获奖通知的十天内填写完整并返还我司一份资格书和责任/公开声明（以下简称“资格书/获奖公布书”）。如果获奖者没有在规定的时间内签字并返还“资格书/获奖公布书”，该获奖将被视为无效并取消获奖者资格。若此情况出现，主办方将在剩余的申请名额里随机抽取新的获奖者。

8. PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded at these Registered Set milestones: 1,288 Registered Sets – ONE (1) Set of four (4) 10 Yuan bi-metallic coins valued at approximately $75 USD, the odds of winning depend on the number of entries received; 1,588 Registered Sets – ONE (1) 10 Yuan one ounce silver Ram coin valued at approximately $150 USD, the odds of winning depend on the number of entries received; and 1,888 Registered Sets – ONE (1) 200 Yuan half-ounce gold Ram coin valued at approximately $1,750 USD, the odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

奖品：相关奖品会在套币注册数目达到以下数字时抽取：达到1288套套币注册数量时——抽取的获奖者奖品为PCGS评级价值75美金的4枚面值10元双金属羊年普通纪念币，获奖概率取决于注册套币的数目；达到1588套套币注册数量时——抽取的获奖者奖品为价值150美元的面值10元1盎司羊年纪念银币一枚，获奖概率取决于注册套币的数目；达到1888套套币注册数量时——抽取的获奖者奖品为价值1750美元的面值200元1/2盎司羊年纪念金币一枚，获奖概率取决于注册套币的数目。

9. PUBLICITY/LICENSE: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

授权/许可：法律允许范围内，抽奖活动参加者同意主办方无额外付费及后续问题的情况下使用获奖者的姓名、肖像、声音、个人观点、个人信息及住址信息用于对外市场宣传。

10. PRIVACY: All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Collector’s Universe Privacy Policy, available at www.collectors.com/home/privacy.

个人隐私：所有针对本次抽奖活动所提供给主办方的信息将会依照Collector’s Universe的隐私规则来处理，具体信息见www.collectors.com/home/privacy。

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, Sponsor, may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) cancel the Sweepstakes and award the prize via random drawing from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

一般条款：一旦发现任何个人在抽奖过程中有干预/篡改抽奖流程或者主办方操作过程或者违背抽奖活动规则的行为，主办方保留取消其参加抽奖资格的独有判决权。任何个人以任何意图破坏主办方的合法操作皆有可能触犯法律，一旦此情况发生，主办方保留向该个人在法律允许的最大范围内索取赔偿的权利。一旦主办方的操作、安全或管理职权被任何个人以任何形式予以破坏，主办方在其绝对的自由裁量权内，(a) 暂停抽奖活动解除问题、然后在充分秉承这些活动规则精神的前提下开启抽奖活动；或者(b)取消抽奖活动，随机在此情况发生前收到的所有申请名额里抽取获奖者。主办方不执行上述官方规则中任一条款并不等同放弃该条款的执行权力。

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt from any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, Sponsor’s liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

抽奖活动责任范围及免责声明：所有抽奖活动的参加者均须同意以下细则（包括但不仅限于）（a）抽奖活动中未经授权的个人；(b)由电脑本身及服务器、终端或者电话或网络引起的技术故障错误；(c) 印刷错误；(d)抽奖活动或者申请名额核定实施过程中产生的错误；或者(e) 活动参加者在抽奖过程中或者在奖品接收过程中，对个人有可能直接或间接地、完全或部分地造成的损害或者损失。参赛者还应同意 在任何诉讼因由下，主办方的责任仅限于承担参加参加者抽奖产生的费用，且主办方不承担律师费。参加者放弃凡由（包括但不仅限于）以下原因造成的损坏而索赔的权利：惩罚性损坏、后果性损坏以及直接或间接损坏。

13. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California in the United States of America; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees or expenses; and (c) entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California in the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

纠纷：法律允许范围内参加者应同意：(a) 与主办方相关或由主办方及颁发奖项而产生的任何纠纷、索赔及诉讼因由应不涉及集体诉讼并由位于美国加利福尼亚州的合适法院单独予以解决；(b) 任何索赔、判决和奖项均只针对产生的实出费用，包括参加抽奖产生的费用，但不包含律师费用; (c) 参加者放弃凡由（包括但不仅限于）以下原因造成的损坏而索赔的权利：惩罚性损坏、后果性损坏以及直接或间接损坏。所有由该官方规则有关的协议构架、有效期、解释权及执行效力等产生的问题以及本次抽奖活动中的参加者和主办方二者的权利和义务等问题应根据美利坚合众国加利福尼亚州法律诠释和规定，产生的效力不与其法律冲突（包括加利福尼亚州及其他任何管辖机构）。

14. SWEEPSTAKES RESULTS: For the winner’s name, available after each listed milestone is reached or December 31, 2016, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to PCGS Chinese Set Registry Race to 1,888 Sweepstakes, P.O. BOX 020-035 Huangpu District, Shanghai 200020 during the Entry Period. All requests must be received by February 28, 2017.

抽奖结果：获奖者姓名将于套币注册数目达到每一个标准后或者在2016年12日31日公布，您需在活动期间内邮寄一封单独的带有个人地址的盖章的信件邮寄至PCGS中国套币注册“冲击1888”抽奖组，邮寄地址为中国上海市黄浦区020-035邮政信箱。邮政编码：200020。所有申请须在2017年2月28日之前收到。
