Happy Hunting....Doesn't it seem odd to you that no perfect MS coins existed in the early years until magically they appeared last year. I am sure the coins have not changed but PCGS grading sure has.
I'm hot on your heals! I'm hoping to assemble the very first complete collection of perfect 70 silver eagles. I want the 9 that don't have a PCGS 70 yet as well. The only real problem I see is the 1993 MS70. There is currently only 1 in NGC. I just came across one though that I am really hopeful for though...It is currently being submitted. I've been grading eagles for a long time now, and if it isn't a 70 I don't know what is.
