The coin in question is the 1938 Ten Centimos coin struck in Steel. The reported mintage is a mere 1000 pieces which is to say, almost impossible to find! Over the years, I have viewed dozens of counterfeit coins; some laughable in their attempts to make a reasonable copy, and some close to the real thing... I know of 1 coin which is real, but the owner has declined selling it at this time... The 1938 Ten Centimos is a real Spanish rarity which most collectors are not aware of! This would be the junk box find of your life if found!!!
