This was tested three different times buy two different places before it was sent off to PCGS. All times it was tested it came back with either double or almost double silver content along with other obscure metals. It is a easy Google search to find out the coinage act of 1942 where the mint had permission to change the metals to the nickel. I believe this is a experimental struck Nickel from the mint. I have an email from NGC stating that it is a damaged war nickel if that is the case does that mean that every damaged war Nickel out there doubles it’s silver content if so I think a lot of dealers would be very happy to hear that.. lol
