1855 1C Upright 5s MS65 Red PCGS. N-4, R.1. The plentiful N-4 cent of 1855 has two die lumps on Liberty's jaw, connected by die lines. Since this variety is typically found in Mint State, examples are easy to attribute. This Gem has frosty orange mint color with excellent eye appeal. EAC grade MS65. Gold-orange border toning yields to near-brilliant centers. Both sides have appreciably reflective fields that offer noticeable die polish, and the devices are well-defined. An abrasion is noted to the right of Liberty's figure. This is a quality specimen of an otherwise common date coin. OGH.

1860-O $1 MS63 PCGS Secure. OC-2, R.1. This mostly brilliant 1860-O Seated dollar exhibits hints of light golden toning, while radiant cartwheel luster engulfs each side. Grade-limiting abrasions are light and unobtrusive. The border stars are weak at the centers, but this Select No Motto type coin is otherwise sharp and eye-appealing.
