This set was inspired after collecting a 1942 PR set. I figured I would continue the Proof's and put together a 20th century set encompassing some of the most beautiful designs in US coinage. From the Walking half dollar, to the Mercury dime the coins minted during this time are some of the most popular to collect. For now, I am focusing on the actual different types, not composition. I am beginning with the silver coins. I don't know yet if I'll add the clad version, nor the different type of brilliant/matte proofs in the future. I plan on finishing up all different types first then reassess later.

Thanks Ontario! It is truly not only fun to share with other enthusiast, but also have a little competition in the meantime. I can say I am VERY proud of this 20th set as I've reached the front page of a registry. It amazes me how individuals as DL Hansen and I are on the same page! I recall you sharing the S short run set on the YT, I don't believe I've seen the mintmark. Post a video of it in the future for us to enjoy! Thanks again for commenting!
These are some really great coins Surfer ! These sets are so much fun to put together! I have a couple of Morgan Dollar registry sets that I have completed too. One is an early S mint short set and the other is a Morgan mintmark set. See you on YouTube!
