My love of Carson city coins is my Dad's fault. He taught me very young. I started collecting a type set of CC coins without knowing what I was doing. I soon identified 10 different types by denomination and design. In reading an article by Rusty Goe, I realized that other people are collecting the same way. I will take credit for suggesting to David Hall that this CC type set category should be created in the registry. I take pride in being the first person to register a complete type set in this category. I know my set will not be #1 for very long. Good luck to all of the collectors who love Carson City coins.
