A few nicks and ticks on obverse stop this from 69. Luster is perfect and untoned. Strong strike. Nice coin overall.
Well struck coin. Some yellow highlights over mint luster. Few contact marks. Pictures do not do this coin justice.
Perhaps the ugliest of all the state quarters, it is still my home state.
