Actually a treaty had already been signed, and the war was over before the battle began, but no one told the armies and they fought the battle anyway.***Napoleon escapes from Elba and returns to France. ***My ancestor Samuel Wolbert is born this year on New York frontier, he later marries Elizabeth, a Mohawk Indian.
