These SMS coins have gorgeous surfaces and outstanding detail. The nicest design of the "politician" coins in my opinion.
This piece, while technically excellent, demonstrates significant annealing chatter common in clad coins.

The 1999 Statehood Quarters were not well made compared to later issues. This one is nice enough with just a little portrait chatter. The reverse design is one of the best of the series.
