Jefferson Nickels Rule

关于此套币: Of all the modern series. Jefferson nickels are one of the GREATEST series of coins. Each date and mintmark from 1938-1964 has its own peculiar strike characteristics and nickel color from the San Francisco, Denver and Philadelphia mints. San Francisco mint coins are typically greyish -blue with subdued brilliance; Denver mint coins typically golden brilliant, but always almost golden hued in nature; Philadelphia mint coins running the gammut of very dull to outstanding brilliance! Also; of all the Modern [ 1930's and up ] series only Franklin Halves, Roosevelt Dimes and Jefferson Nickels have the Superlatives of Full Steps or Full Bell Lines. The Franklin set containing just 35 coins whereas even in the complete 1938-1964 Jefferson set there are twice as many coins 71+ in all! This series is exploding in collectability and value.
