I searched for W quarters by buying $500 boxes of quarters from multiple Wells Fargo bank branches. I pulled the W quarters out and replaced them with quarters that we had in our kids piggy banks at home. I examined the W coins that my kids and I pulled (about 800 of them) and sent what I thought would grade well into PCGS. I was the 3rd seller of these coins on eBay and sold about $6k worth of them starting at about $35 per coin down to about $12 per coin as more flooded the market. What a ride!!!
