1798 Draped Bust Silver Dollar. Large Eagle. BB-92, B-4. Rarity-3. Bowers Die State I. Knobbed 9, 5 Vertical Lines. VF-25 (PCGS). Dominant pinkish-silver tinting with a bit of old, inactive surface buildup scattered about on the reverse and also outlining many of the devices on the obverse. The obverse is well centered in strike, but the reverse is drawn toward the viewer's right just a bit with no denticulation evident along the right-obverse border. All major design elements are suitably bold in the presence of moderate wear, and the surfaces reveal no troublesome abrasions.
