This coin screams EYE APPEAL! The luster and mint bloom are so intense it looks like a silken sheen which is only enhanced by the whispers of cotton candy pink, celery green and pale golden orange hues that tease the eye. Great strike for the issue with a full rounded horn and fully defined hair detail on the bison’s back. Under a powerful loupe we see a tiny toning fleck at the corner of the Indian’s mouth and a faint mark on the bison’s belly. PCGS 88, NGC 6, CAC 21. We sold an example in our Regency 35 sale in December 2019 (not as nice color as this piece) for $3,643. A coin that should garner zealous bidding. Cert. Number 38796406 PCGS # 3964.00
