The fields look like they are freshly polished ice. The devices are well struck and both sides are lightly coated with a teal, gold, and rose patina. The surfaces are immaculate and the eye appeal is beyond SUPERB! Only 450 Proofs were struck. PCGS 12, NGC 14, CAC 16. There are just 3 in 67+ with NONE FINER. The only example to ever sell in auction was the one in our May 2018 Regency Auction from the Premier Barber Collection, which realized $7,931. The current Collector's Universe price is listed at $7,500 and this one will realize very close to that when the hammer falls.
