Another low mintage date that saw only a 27,200 quarter eagles coined. This coin ranks near the the top of the PCGS Population Report. Highly lustrous and sharply struck, this brilliant GEM has a great look. PCGS 30, NGC 34, CAC 13. The last PCGS/CAC coin sold in a December 2015 realizing $2,585; prior to that, one sold in November 2014 for $3,672. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,250.
