- JAMAICA. Act of 18 November 1758. 5 Pence, ND (1758). George II (1727-60). PCGS AU-55 Gold Shield. KM-1.3; Prid-8. Countermark grade: AU Details. Floral "GR" counterstrike on obverse and reverse on a 1755 Peru 1/2 Real (KM-51). The punch is bold and placed on a choice host with impressive attractive green and gold toning highlights on both sides. Certainly among the finest, if not the finest altogether, of this scarcer denomination issue. Estimate: $1,000 - $1,500.
