(t) CHINA. Kiangnan. 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), CD (1904)-HAH CH. Nanking Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). PCGS EF-45. L&M-257A; K-99; KM-Y-145A.12; WS-0858. Variety without dots under "chia" and "chen". Lightly circulated, this Dollar retains a gleam to it that is elusive on provincial Dollars. The wear melds with slightly soft strike, and though noted, neither dampen the beauty of the specimen much. A few traces of luster remain, with a general beauty to the piece that is certainly worthy of respect. Some wholesome light amber color hugs the surfaces, only broadening the appeal.
