Obverse: Armored bust of Emperor Joseph II; Reverse: Intricately detailed illustration of Regensburg. Well-struck over both sides with a remarkable city-view design on the reverse that is only elevated by accents of hard multicolored tone that outline nearly every raised surfaces. Truly, an item that should defy price-guide evaluations, as eye-appeal this superb is nearly impossible to match. An interesting one-year type that depicts a bust of the emperor that bares little resemblance to what he is believed to have looked like in real life. Estimate: $700 - $1,000.
