1787 Shil S-3746 With Hearts MS64+ PCGS #616072

NEN - Sep 2013. Beautiful deep blue and gold toning to both sides. George's image is sharp, and to find one with a full and distinct neck line is hard to come by! A little disappointed in the scan quality as it's not picking up on the full neck line.

Northeast Numismatics - Aug 2009. Hearts variety. Superb razor sharp detail to both obverse and reverse of coin. Finding superb strikes on any of the 1787 varieties is nearly unheard of. This will be a hard coin to match, let alone improve upon. Rayner rated as Extremely Common.

1813 18D S-3772 MS66 PCGS #205640

HA, Apr 2017. George III 1 Shilling 6 Pence (18 Pence) Bank Token 1813 MS66 PCGS, Soho mint, KM-Tn3, S-3772. An exceptional survivor of this short-lived type, with a sheath of gray patina in the open fields and flashy yellow and golden hues that surround the legends and central raised surfaces. Very well struck with almost no visible evidence of handling as well. Presently the single finest example graded by PCGS or NGC and for the collector attempting to assemble an elite set of the series, an example that should certainly qualify as attention-worthy.

Heritage Auctions (28106) - Jan 2011 - George III Sixpence 1819, S3791, taller digits in slanted date, MS66 PCGS, Superb, another beauty but very different from the 1818, with rich golden gray and amber gray surfaces that are beautifully original, clashed dies showing some shield details at rear of and surrounding the portrait, various letters of the legend re-engraved, most pleasing portrait, reverse bold in outer areas but a bit softly struck in the center. Quite scarce so fine; an apt rarity comparison might be a Seated Liberty or Barber dime in the US series. From the Exeter College Collection. Rayner rated as Scarce. Mintage: 4,712,000.
