BU Business Strike Coins of 1956 a RonDayVous Collection 的展示图片库
Finest ever graded. I've been collecting this coin for almost a decade. They have a LOT of die breaks in the series and well-struck versions are very hard to find. This example has a small die break in the feathers of the eagle, and while not as well struck as its sister coin was graded higher. The only difference (besides the strike) that I was able to see between the two is an additional die break or two on the other coin.
Top Pop. 1956ish, Arab calendar doesn't sync up with ours. This will complete A silver typeset collection when my submission wraps up this month 07/04/24. A little pre-Mature, my 20 Pst was bodybagged so completing the set will have to wait for that coins replacement,

Only 1 coin graded higher. Hope to get our hosts to create a circulated coins set for 1956 columbia since I have the all the coins in MS66 or above.
Top Pop. if you look at the other MS66 coins this is a much cleaner coin.
Finest know by any grading company. This was a crossover from NGC so the NGC MS66 and this coin are the same coin.
Only 1 graded higher. This is the first coin of a series that ran for decades. Spectacular luster in hand.
One of the more beautiful coins from 1956, something of a throwback to the spectacular coins of the 1920's

Only 1 coin graded Higher. This coin was mislabeled on eBay as a 1959, the auction was canceled after I brought it to his attention. Took two weeks for him to relist it, Very nice coin for a difficult grade.
Geonaute, memomonedas and cecropiamoth have the 1956 MS67 20 centavos coins needed for my 1956 business strike collection. I guess I'll need to find one, since these guys don't look like they have any plans to part with their top pop coins.
I included this with other Business strikes since it is obvioiusly not a PL coin. There are no mirrored fields and if you compare this TrueView Pictures of my coin to those of other MS, it is obviously MS. Largest silver coin minted by South Africa in 1956. Part of my 1956 World Crown Collection. Sitting in a box for years waiting for a chance to get graded ;0)
The largest of the silver coins minted in Egypt in 1956 it is part of my 1956 World Crown Collection. Sitting in a box for years waiting for a chance to get graded ;0)
I have the much rarer 1955 in MS66 but haven't been able to find this one for over 10 years.
The 5 pesos seem to be harder to find in high grade than the 10 peso's. I won't give up till I find that elusive MS66
I've been looking for a RED gem for over 15 years, brutally difficult in higher grades

This is my 2d try for a 65. Gem coins for this year are not easy to come by.
Part of my 1956 world coin collection that I've started sending in for grading. I'll be looking for a better example.
I've never been able to figure out why this is a RB and not a RD. Just a hint of darkness behind the head on the Obverse.
While several coins exceeded my expectations for grades, this is my greatest disappointment. In hand this coin has a beautiful frosty luster that is unusual for the series, this only reason I can this of for the MS63 grade is a hairline around 11 o'clock on the obverse.
Finest Graded by PCGS. This was the nicest coin from a 1956 Mint set. Thought they would be a little more forgiving of the bag marks on a Crown sized coin. Part of my 1956 World collection

It took 12 years, but I finally found a Gem State Half Penny. Top Pop. I own 2 of the top coins from my last submission.
This is a really nice coin and I don't need two of them if anyone is interested. As you can see, 64 was a little harsh for this coin.
Top Pop!! I picked up an IRISH mint set years ago that contained two coins from 1956 and a couple of others from 1954 and 1955. The only reason I sent this (and it's sister) was the PCGS Registry adding Irish year sets.
Top Pop, purchased May 2024. I expected this coin to grade MS67 the only marks on the coin are the slight Highpoint rubs from sitting in a roll for the last 68 years. Spectacular coin in hand.
PCGS submission of an NGC MS65. WIll be submitting another coin in the next month or so.
This is a cool-looking coin and while there are 6 that are graded one grade higher at MS66, I am very happy with this coin. Clean fields, well struck and almost no bag marks.
Top Pop from the top pop MS67 NGC Slab. Surprised it didn't cross as MS67 or at least a MS66+ when compared to the other MS66 coins, including the other MS66 I have in my collection.
Top Pop. There aren't a lot of BU rolls to pick from. Finding Gem State coins in any denomination has been a HUGE challenge. This is one of the more difficult coins to find in BU.
