Hello, I am Gerald B. Higgs of Bonners Ferry, Idaho. I have been retired for 30-yrs. as a Chief Damage Controlman in the U.S. Navy. I am a member of CONECA & have written in ErrorScope about Modern Dollar Edge Errors. I used to have the #1,3, &5 NGC Registry Sets of Modern Dollars w/ Edge Lettering Errors back when they allowed PCGS coins. I got the "handle" Mr. M.E.L. from Jim Essence (Jim's Coins) in Madison, WI. I have a complete set of 5 oz ATB's (MS/SP), collect toned ASE's, & errors.
