About Me:
I am 61 years old. Back when I was about 10, my father got me 2 coins for Christmas- an Indian head penny (1907) and a liberty head nickel (1910). Since then, and mostly with his help I began collecting coins steadily. I kept the hobby on an off for decades but not until the last 5-10 years did I really become a serious and consistent coin collector. While building up my own collection I became fascinated by the various designs, varieties, and history. But, I have a long way to go.
