About Me:
My interest in coin collecting was sparked, as a child, by the rapidly disappearing silver coinage in the late 60's and early 70's, and reinforced by my discovery of older coins such as the buffalo nickels and wheat pennies. My serious collecting of graded coins, however, didn't come till the closing of the 20th century and, even so, only slowly.
My focus is the Maximillian Empire and the twentieth century gold coinage of Mexico.
