About Me
About Me:
I started collecting coins when I found a 1969 Washington Quarter that was struck 50% off center. I was instantly hooked on errors. I educated myself on the minting process and how to tell an error from a damaged coin. I soon started collecting variety coins, such as the 1972 Doubled Die Obverse and many Over Mint Mark and Repunched Mint Mark coins. As new coins were introduced I would try to be the first to buy them from the bank. In 2000 I even found a "Cheerios Dollar" set.
