Mother nature did one of her very best jobs here! This coin not only is SUPER HIGH END, but has gorgeous colors. Deep and glittering mirrors have an intense reflection. Its like a flowing roll or liquid mercury. The mirrors have great clarity, cleanliness, and the reflection is intense. However this piece is all about the monster colors. A beautiful and totally original swirling mix of amber/gold/green/violet colors are all over the obverse. The reverse has the same on the rims. The colors are a 9 on our 1-10 scale (10 is the best). The overall eye appeal is drool city! PCGS 275, NGC 197, CAC 135. The last one with no color sold for $588.00 09/2017. We expect this coin to border record price territory. Our estimate is firm. This is an unquestionable SUPER HIGH END GEM! We admit, we did resubmit it seeking a +. PCGS said no, but we unhesitatingly grade the coin a PR66+. This is NOT your typical dull or drab piece! Exceptional deep mirrors beam vividly from all over. The mirrors are the ultimate in clarity and cleanliness. We do NOT see why PCGS did not + this coin. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors have that liquid rolling "watery" look. Both sides were bathed by some of Mother Natures BEST work. Moderate shades of blue/ green/violet/gold swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is absolutely heart pounding gorgeous! PCGS 16, NGC 9, CAC 7. There are NONE graded higher. by PCGS. Legend
This is a simply stunning GEM Proof Seated Liberty quarter that has a classic, old time look. Highly reflective mirrors have a blistering brilliance, deep clarity that beams from below a swirling blend of classic blue, aqua, and gold that yield to brilliant centers. We think this beauty sat undisturbed for years in an old album. Both sides, but especially the obverse, borders on cameo contrast between the devices and the fields. Only 875 Proofs were struck. PHENOMENAL everything! We do know at one time this coin was an NGC PR67. It really is a PR66+++! Amazing mirrors beam boldly from all over. The mirrors exhibit bold clarity , cleanliness, and even intense reflection even though they are toned. The toning is moderate but extremely lively. Wonderful shades of blue/green/purple/violet/gold swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details boldly stand out with full strikes and generous frost. The eye appeal is pretty awesome! ONLY 545 were ever minted. PCGS 21, NGC 29, CAC 8. THIS IS THE ONLY PR66+ graded. The last PCGS PR66 CAC (NO+) sold for $1,763.00 01/2107. The last PCGS PR67 CAC sold for $5,170.00. Civil War $ What a great coin! Think about what it must have taken for this coin to survive 153 years in pristine condition. It boggles our minds! Solid mirrors are better than average. They are super clean, crystal clear, and have a bold reflection. When you twirl the coin the mirrors look like they are a glistening pond of water. Both sides have an even ORIGINAL mix of blue/olive/pale violet/ green/gold/pale tangerine colors that evenly cover all of the surfaces. The reverse is more olive/gold colors. This is NOT a dull or drab coin. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and do standout. The eye appeal is fantastic! 1,000 coins were minted, but most were melted due to poor proof set sales at the Mint. The survival rate in GEM is very low. PCGS 2, NGC 16, CAC 6. NO PCGS CAC pieces have ever been sold at auction. An NGC/CAC piece did bring $12,662.00 10/11. We can’t say enough about this dramatically UNDERvalued date and grade. You hardly ever see any of these and its a pre Civil War era coin-can’t get much more numismatic than that!
WOW! This coin isn’t just a +. Its a 64.9++!!!! Deep mirrors beam vividly from all over. The mirrors are exceedingly clean and offer strong clarity. Even if you use a strong glass, you can’t find any negatives. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly made sheet of glass. There is NO haze. Both sides enjoy a serious kiss of color from Mother Nature. Electric blue rims open into deep tangerine/violet/burnt orange centers. Miss Liberty and the details stand out with thick frost and full strikes. The eye appeal is awesome! ONLY 725 minted. PCGS 65, NGC 64, CAC 10. PCGS has graded only 2 in PR64+. Neither has been sold via auction. All we can say is, PCGS robbed this coin (in our opinion-no promises tho)! If you seek a gorgeous mouth watering vividly toned Seated Dollar, here ya go! Legend CAC
No question this coin is a GEM original F 12. This coin has long been put away in the Great Pacific Collection. The wear is strong but even. Both sides are pretty clean. The color is an original deep pewter. The coin looks great for a Fine! PCGS 626, NGC 305, CAC 81. This is a nice example of the key to the Morgan series. CAC

This is a VERY HIGH END and near miss Cameo piece! Deep mirrors beam boldly from all over. The mirrors have exceptional clarity and are super clean. When you twirl the coin, you do see a deeper “watery” roll of the mirrors. There is some faint reddish gold toning by the outer rims. This is NOT a dipped out or messed with coin. There is some contrast. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is great! PCGS 100, NGC 70, CAC 18. The coin here has lots of life and really is VERY HIGH END. Do NOT be fooled by the pops! Legend
A color lovers delight! SUPER high end quality too! Superior deep mirrors powerfully beam from all over. They are remarkably clean, clear, and have as we said, have intense reflection. The mirrors have a tremendous glass like appearance. The obverse is bathed in a swirling mix of totally original iridescent colors of royal blue/pearl green/violet/navy/gold. The reverse has electric blue by the rims and fiery violet/russet centers. Miss Liberty and the details standout with full strike and strong frost. The eye appeal is sensational ! ONLY 710 were minted. PCGS 12, NGC 27, CAC 4. There nice PR66 Morgans-then there is this coin. We consider it one of Mother Natures master pieces for sure! If you LOVE vibrant multicolored coins, then you MUST see this in person. Even if you don’t collect PR Morgans, this would make one heck of a Type coin! Legend CAC verified
VERY high end! PCGS showed no mercy here! Incredibly sleek and smooth surfaces highlight both sides. A full glowing luster shows off the crisp silvery white color. Miss Liberty and the details are above average in strike. The eye appeal is gorgeous! In 2016, these have sold $763.00-$1,050.00. Legend CAC

What an AMAZING, superb GEM quality Sesquicentennial quarter eagle! A brilliant satin luster blooms from all over with very flashy, radiating cartwheel luster. Every design element is sharply struck showing full definition. A medium orange golden-glow shows some areas of light rose toning, giving this beauty a stunning look. Only under the magnification of a strong loupe can you see any tiny ticks. The eye appeal, as you might expect is incredible! PCGS 190, NGC 108, CAC 17. Only six coins have been graded 66+ at PCGS, none at NGC. The ONLY CAC-approved one sold in January 2018 for $19,200. There is a SINGLE MS67 graded finer at PCGS, a coin that has not sold in auction in over 18 years! Legend Auction Nov.2018
WOW, WOW,WOW! Did we say WOW? This is a fully prooflike SUPERB GEM piece! Sensational mirrors are the real deal. They are 4″+ deep, have bold clarity, are pretty clean overall, and are intensely reflective. You twirl the coin it looks like a proof. Even better, the coin has some contrast. This high voltage piece is pure yellow gold. There are NO spots or discolorations any where. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is completely jaw dropping and drool producing! PCGS 109, NGC 85, CAC 27. LEGEND CAC verified
1884 $2.50 Liberty Gold. PCGS OGH AU 58 Tiny Mintage, SUBERB Eye Appeal, Rich Honey-Gold with Red toned highlights and is quite high on the eye appeal scale and warrants a shout out as I'm thoroughly enjoying the bright light viewing. The fields are sharply mirrored with undisturbed presentation. Spinning cartwheels add to the viewing enjoyment. This has been a "Wow" coin each time it is inspected. The strike is completed and the fields are close to pristine. Housed in PCGS Gen 2.2 (1989-1990) old green holder. Only 1,950 pieces were struck, making the 1884 one of the scarcer quarter eagles from the 1880s. As usual, the fields are partially prooflike. Lustrous yellow-gold surfaces show scattered light abrasions and a sharp strike throughout both sides. How is this not one of the 74 minted proofs? PCGS Population: 32 PCGS AU58. Mintage 1,950
Not only is this coin a SUPERB GEM VF, but it is as HIGH END as can be! We cannot stress enough the extreme rarity of finding a $5 1799 in ANY grade- let alone one that is CAC! Only a tiny rim bump on the obverse could be what is keeping this GEM VF from a higher grade. The coin otherwise is all there and then some (remember the baby graders at PCGS have no experience with coins like this). Virtually immaculate surfaces are cleaner than what you'd see on higher graded coins. Even using a strong glass, there are ZERO problems to report. The color is a totally original deep gold. There are no stains or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details have decent strikes and display light even wear. The eye appeal is phenomenal! PCGS 1, NGC 0. CAC 1. This coin apparently sold via Heritage Auction for $21,600 in August 2021. If you know the date and how the date comes, then you know the extreme rarity of this coin. We doubt you'll ever see many more offered with a CAC bean!

High end, yellow golden skin, satin luster. Save for once light scuff, this coin would be an MS66. What a coin! Overall, the surfaces are full GEM quality and are super clean. There is one small scuff on the obverse. A bold glowing luster beams from all over. Both sides are a GEM original deeper gold with pale greenish gold highlights. There are NO discolorations or spots. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is terrific! PCGS 70, NGC 66, CAC 19. It is a myth this date in common-especially with a CAC bean. This coin is virtually an MS65. We could easily have flipped it at the show. This piece is for someone VERY picky. We 100% stand by calling it superior to the majority of MS64/64+ you will ever see. Superior clean surfaces almost make MS65. The dreaded right reverse just has a little chop. The obverse is virtually all there. A glowing strong luster beams all over. The color is a brilliant gold. This coin has not been dipped or messed with. Its far superior to the lackluster "dirty" coins you more frequently see. There are NO discolorations on the highpoints. All of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is really VERY HIGH END-like the quality! PCGS 3562, NGC 3,066, CAC 638. PCGS has graded 157 pieces in MS64+. The last PCGS CAC piece to sale via auction brought $3,643.00 02/2023. The Collectors Universe value is $5,000.00. With the bigger pops you'd figure we'd see many nicer coins-NOT! CAC

A tremendously UNDERSUNG rarity! This piece absolutely ranks as one the finest 1884-S that exist! There are NO coins graded higher at PCGS or NGC (and you know people have tried some coins for 64). The quality of this coin is VERY HIGH END! Really nice surfaces look clean to the naked eye. Only when using a strong glass can you see some light ticks/chatter in the fields (which is why it is only an MS63). There is a strong luster that glows all over. Both sides are a totally original gold color with a peripheral highlight of original pale green. This is NOT a “dirty” coin, nor has it ever been messed with. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and have pale frost. The eye appeal is wonderful! PCGS 14, NGC 3, CAC 3. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell at auction-was way back forever ago in 2014. That coin back then brought only $4,993.00 back then. It MUST be noted there are NO coins graded higher then MS63 at PCGS. This coin ranks among the finest 1884S’s in existence!

This is a beautifully toned and exceptionally nice example. In 1858, the mint began the mass marketing of Proof coins to the general public, and as such, the Proof coins of this date are quite popular. Though Proofs of earlier vintages were produced, they were produced in much smaller and sporadic quantities. Beautiful peripheral toning frames highly reflective fields and frosty, well struck devices. There is a wonderful cameo contrast between the fields and devices. The eye appeal is outstanding! Only 300 Proofs were produced. PCGS 8, NGC 2, CAC 2. There are 2 in PR64+ CAM and just a single PR65 CAM graded finer. Legend Auction 10/2020 Attractive Toning, Modest Contrast 1858 25C PR64+ Cameo PCGS. CAC. Briggs 5-E. The 1858 was the first proof Seated quarter issue marketed to the public, increasing sales and production over the trivial levels of years past. But examples of this issue are nonetheless scarce in all grades and highly sought-after. The present Cameo displays a full strike and deeply mirrored fields. A hint of champagne toning graces the interiors, while the borders show deeper amber, violet, and blue hues. Population: 7 in 64 (1 in 64+) Cameo, 1 finer. CAC: 3 in 64, 1 finer. This is a VERY HIGH END and PHENOMENAL coin! Exceedingly deep mirrors beam boldly from all over. Just a few few hidden lines/thin cuts keep this coin from a full GEM PR65 Cameo. The mirrors are also clear and have bold reflection. When you twirl this coin, the mirrors look like a flowing river of flash. Both sides are drenched in a beautiful and totally original bath of even aqua blue/pale purple/pale gold colors. Miss Liberty and every detail is crisp in strike and clearly has strong frost. The eye appeal is liek the quality-PHENOMENAL! ONLY 500 were minted. PCGS 17, NGC 12, CAC 9 (seems like some duplication). The last one to sell in auction brought $2,760.00-in 06/2011. That is crazy that NONE have been at auction in 6 full years! That only proves how impossible to find these are. All published price guides are out of whack -especially for a high end gorgeous toned piece like this! NOTE; this coin has been off the market with a collector for a few years and just surfaced. When this coin was walked over and offered to us, it sparkled so nice we had to buy it! Deep mirrors beam boldly from all over. The mirrors exhibit bold clarity and are pretty much perfect. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. Heart pounding original colors of royal blue/magenta/deep gold swirl all over. The colors are really zesty! The mirrors have a semi “liquid” roll when you twirl the coin. A mind boggling ring of blue/green/gold/violet frames the peripheries on both sides. Mother Nature could not have created a better masterpiece. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and are thickly frosted. The eye appeal is gorgeous! ONLY 792 were minted. This Civil War piece has the ultimate obverse for a Proof Seated Dollar that is not a black and white cameo. Plus, the quality of this coin is SUPER HIGH END! WHOA, talk about intense mirrors! WOW, the reflectivity is AMAZING! Incredible CAMEO contrast between the watery reflective fields and thickly frosted devices. While you can find Proof 1872 dollars with some effort, they are very scarce with full Cameo contrast. The fields have a touch of iridescent toning that comes out when rotated in a light. The eye appeal is borderline GEM quality, and we have seen higher grade coins without the flashy brilliance of this lovely coin! Only 950 Proofs were struck. CAC

This is a VERY HIGH END and stunning ORIGINAL toned coin. Not your typical toned Trade Dollar! Exceptional mirrors are deep and beam boldly from all over. The mirrors display bold clarity and are really clean. When you twirl the coin the mirrors look like a freshly made sheet of ice. SS CENTRAL AMERICA How cool is a coin from a real treasure ship? Especially when it is as well preserved as this coin! Its hard to believe this coin was on the sea bed for 100+ years. We really do NOT see any wear. You can actually see traces of semi-prooflike mirrors. The mirrors do show off numerous light lines and even few tiny ticks. NOTHING stands out to the naked eye. Both sides share a nearly blinding booming luster. Both sides are a blazing gold color. Add a full booming luster to the mirrored surfaces and the coin becomes nearly blinding. Of course there are no spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is really flashy and neat! PCGS 5 with 19 higher. Legend

*****WOW! Amazing color! This is my favorite proof Morgan Dollar I have ever seen! Very lucky to have had the opportunity to add this to my collection. The obverse is iridescent Gold as the photo shows, but as you turn this coin in the light it is actually a stunning Turquoise Green. I can look at this coin all day and am still amazed by the beautiful display of ringed color. And to be a total monster on the front and rear is simply breath taking! The rim toning is vibrant iridescent mauve on obverse and reverse has neon green centering onto clear brilliant ocean blue. Frosted Cameo details top this magnificent display beyond any visual experience. This is the best of the elite toned Morgan Proofs.
