- The FINEST KNOWN O-119, which is the only die marriage that combines the Square Base 2, Small 8 obverse with the Small Letters reverse. It is a somewhat scarce R-3 Overton number that represents a distinct Red Book variety. A boldly original and eye appealing GEM! Sharply struck and boasting a warm pearly textured lustrous surface with soft pewter tones. Tinges of blue, olive, russet, and golden tan come out when rotated in a light. You can tell that this coin sat for a long time in an old collector's envelope, you can see the paper texture in areas when viewed with intense magnification with a powerful glass. You can tell this coin is totally original and the eye appeal is very nice. PCGS 2, NGC 0. The other coin is the Col. Green- Newman coin. That coin which is CAC-approved sold for $30,550 in April 2014, and the current Collector's Universe value of $30,500 is reflected by that auction price. There are NONE GRADED FINER! This Red Book variety is represented by only this single Overton variety, making it very important for anyone building a Red Book set; as a FINEST KNOWN, we know there will be fierce bidding when this GEM crosses the block. Cert. Number 33428416 PCGS # 6152
