ITALY. Papal States. Avignon. 4 Ecu d'Or, 1641. Urban VIII (1623-44). NGC AU-58. Fr-59 (under France); KM-58; Berman-1787. RAREgold multiple struck for the Papal enclave located in south eastern France. Mild doubling in the face and some outer lettering but the image of the Pontiff is clear and much detail given in his vestments.
