An important early date Buffalo nickel, especially when seen so well preserved. Brilliant nickel silver blooms vividly on both sides. Sharply impressed, this coin was struck from a late die state, where both sides show heavy flow lines created from die fatigue and both sides show neat die cracks, especially one that is seen at the reverse rim at 9:00 that crosses into the bison's head. The eye appeal is very cool and high end. PCGS 7, NGC 0. The most recent to sell brought $4,113 in our January 2020 Regency Auction and the current PCGS Price Guide value is $4,000. Rare any finer. Bid accordingly. Cert. Number 37595046 PCGS # 3938.00
