- 1867 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-66 (PCGS). This beautifully toned specimen exhibits the most vivid colors when viewed with the aid of a direct light source, and then again chiefly on the obverse. Undeniably original with exceptionally smooth surfaces for both the type and issue, this is one of the nicest survivors from a mintage of 625 Proofs that we can ever recall handling.
