- A true borderline GEM that has more in common with a 65 coin than a 64. The strike is razor sharp in definition with details all crisply impressed and frosty. A glowing satin finish graces both sides and gives the smooth, clean surfaces a wonderful, essentially GEM look, we note only a few teeny ticks. PCGS 208, NGC 143, CAC 47. In MS64+ PCGS has graded only 15 pieces. The current PCGS Price Guide is $1,350 and the last two sold for $1,020 and $1,175 in February 2018 and February 2017 respectively.
