Watery, reflective fields have a wonderful flash that accents the antique peripheral tone which gives a concentric rainbow pattern on the obverse. A few ancient hairlines account for the grade assigned by PCGS, but they have minimal impact on the near-GEM eye appeal. PCGS 48, NGC 35. Only 625 Proofs were struck. The last two pieces sold in 2018, realizing $600 and $840. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $800.
