Obverse: Exterior perspective view of the synagogue building; Reverse: Interior perspective view of the synagogue. Part of the "big three" in this spectacular series, along with the Hagia Sophia and St. Isaac's in St. Petersburg, this VERY RAREand highly desired representation of the synagogue in Cologne is marked departure from all others, representing the only such instance of a Jewish place of worship being featured.
