Obverse: GEORGIVS III DEI GRATIA, garlanded and mantled bust of George III right; Reverse: P KEMPSON / MAKER OF BUTTONS MEDALS &c / BIRMINGHAM, coat-of-arms. Edge: Plain. Offering intense brown surfaces with hints of cobalt and burnt sienna, this lustrous Gem is about as attractive as one can hope to encounter.
