- 1944 Mercury Dime. MS-68 FB (NGC). Mostly brilliant with just a hint of pastel-golden patina here and there. Boldly impressed by the dies, a few die striations (as struck) are noted in the right obverse field. The exceptional surfaces are clear of distracting marks, spots, or abrasions.
