- 1785 Vermont Copper. Landscape. RR-2, Bressett 1-A, W-2005. Rarity-3. VERMONTS. VG-10. 106.48 grains. Deep golden-tan with lighter high points on uniformly microporous surfaces. Off-center on the obverse with the rim tight to the tops of RES, and eliminating all of PUBLICA save for the very bottoms of the letters, softness at date and VERMO, natural flaw at sun face, otherwise no marks of significance, reverse off-center as well, rim through STELLA with just the bottoms of those letters present, rim tight to top of QU, weakness at ECIMA, but with no marks to draw the inquiring eye.
