This is the real deal cameo! We cannot stress enough how extremely rare post 1900 5C Cameos are. Deep mirrors beam boldly from all over. The mirrors are clean and have strong clarity. When you twirl the coin, all you see is a river of flash. A very faint layer of original gold covers both sides. This is NOT a dull or drab coin. The contrast is strong for an 1902. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and standout. The eye appeal is gorgeous! PCGS 9, NGC 6, CAC 5. The last one to sell in auction brought a ridiculous $734 January 2017-a MUCH weaker sale at the time. Think about this, in GEM PR65 CAC, there are ONLY five graded. You can conquer the date and grade for $3,500 or so! Ridiculous! It is our strong opinion, that it took 30+ years for only nine to be graded, these should be a $1,000+ coin. Time will work it out.
