Obverse design incorporates a bust of Liberty facing right, wearing cap with three stars and ribbon draped on her shoulder. Surrounded by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA above and fine banner with the Motto IN GOD WE TRUST below. Reverse is an open agricultural wreath with 10 CENTS 1870 within, STANDARD above.
