Emanating from the penultimate year in the reign of Victoria, this alluringly Choice minor denomination offers sublime surfaces that are largely untoned, save for some enchanting hues of champagne-olive. Meanwhile, a great deal of cartwheel brilliance remains, allowing this stunner to stand with just one other for the top spot in the NGC census.
