A STUNNING Iowa! Tied for SECOND FINEST GRADED and bested by just a single MS69 at PCGS. This coin is exquisitely rendered by an exacting blow from the dies; every detail is razor sharp. The obverse is richly frosted with some splashes of color at IOWA; the reverse has a full, rolling cartwheel luster that sweeps boldly around that side, enlivening the amazing multicolored peripheral toning. The surfaces on both sides are PRISTINE with zero flaws of any kind to be found anywhere. The eye appeal is wonderful and totally original. PCGS 116, NGC 79, CAC 59. PCGS has graded 18 in MS68+ and just a single MS69 graded higher.
