- THE CORONET COLLECTION This is one of the most incredibly beautiful Lincoln halves we have handled. Boasting a superb pedigree (former NFL player Gregg Bingham's commemoratives are known for the SUPERB quality). Both sides show a bold luster that enlivens gorgeous peripheral crimson, gold, emerald, aubergine, pale blue, and magenta hues. The toning is more vivid on the obverse, but the reverse is beautifully toned as well. Truly of Premium GEM Quality, the surfaces are clean, smooth, and have a stunning eye appeal. This is clearly a very special coin bound for a carefully curated cabinet of classic commemoratives.
