- 1906 Liberty Head Nickel. Proof-67+ (PCGS). CAC. Showcasing an impeccable appearance with darker fields and frostier devices than are usually seen on non-Cameo specimens, this Proof Liberty nickel is well deserving of being tied for finest known in its category with PCGS. While easily judged as brilliant upon first glance, there is a very faint and attractive golden champagne hue to the surfaces upon closer inspection. Imperfections are virtually impossible to locate across the pristine fields and devices, and, as is indicated by the fully formed ears of corn located in the wreath, the present specimen has an exceptional strike.
