- High Promises Collection. Prior to 1933, the most common dates in the series include 1916-D, 1917, 1920, and the present 1929-D. The latter also tends to come well struck as is the case for this near-ideal example, replete with an outlined hand an intense silvery brilliance. Evidence of album toning shows on both sides, particularly the reverse where the periphery boasts magenta and purple-blue.
