- Razor sharp in strike, the devices are frosted and stand out with a bold contrast against the highly reflective mirrored fields. The mirrors have just a touch of iridescent white silver patina with a touch of clear gold. Only 470 Proofs were struck during this important Civil War year. PCGS 13, NGC 8.
