- Attractive glossy chocolate and steel brown with frosty lighter brown toning in many of the protected areas on both sides. No defects, just light wear on the devices and traces of soft dirt nestled tight against the legends and devices. E-MDS, Manley state 1.0. The overdate feature (most likely a 9 over an inverted 9) is clear. Our grade is VF30.</B> The overdate feature is noted on the PCGS label. <BR>Estimated Value $150-UP.
